The approach

Leading every project
as a place of its own.

Every renovation is led as a project of its own, from the first conversation through to handover, with attentive follow-up held to the smallest detail.

The method

From listening to execution.

01 · Listening & diagnosis

A visit to the space, an analysis of what exists and how it is used, the framing of the brief and of the technical constraints. The rightness of a project is born from this listening, and from what is said plainly: what is possible, and on what terms.

02 · Design & plans

The design intent, plans, elevations and views of the project. Volumes, light and circulation are drawn before any thought of decoration, often in ways one would never have dared imagine for one's own home.

03 · Materials & costing

Selection of materials, joinery and bespoke furniture, choice of suppliers and consultation of craftspeople, through to a clear and detailed proposal.

04 · Site & handover

Coordination of craftspeople, site direction and supervision, quality control through to turnkey handover. We move forward with confidence, at every stage. Every project is covered by ten-year structural insurance.

The same place, led from what exists to handover.

Material & craft

The truth of raw material as a signature.

Because a space is experienced through touch as much as through the eye, each material is chosen for its texture, its longevity and its natural patina. No artifice, only the rigour of honest materials.

Marble & stone

Roman travertine with open pores, veined black marble, pale limestone, terrazzo flecked with marble. The unique piece, chosen for your project, to sculpt worktops and wet rooms.

Wood species

Sandblasted solid oak, fluted wood, Canaletto walnut. Bespoke joinery fitted to the millimetre, structuring the volumes and concealing whatever should be hidden.

Brass & steel

Brushed brass patinated by hand, raw steel frames, invisible handles. Metal worked with the precision of a shadow gap, to tie the materials together.

Applied textures

Polished concrete underfoot, natural lime that catches the light, line-drawn wallpapers. Crafts carried out by master artisans.

Commitments & fees

A clear framework, defined with you.

A few simple principles, which hold for every project taken on:

  • A single point of contact, from the first sketch to handover
  • A deliberately limited number of projects each year
  • No compromise on the quality of execution

Everything begins with an initial phone conversation, with no commitment: the time to understand the space, the project and the ambition behind it, and to see whether the studio is the right partner.

If the project is a good fit, a first working meeting is then proposed: a reading of the space and the brief, initial directions, the framing of the project and its budget. A genuine study phase, a service in its own right, whose terms are set out beforehand.

It is at the end of this meeting that fees are considered, case by case, according to the scale of the works and the level of support required: the true budget, stated early and without unpleasant surprises.

Your project deserves this method.
