Data is collected only when you complete the contact form: full name, email address, phone (optional), project location, property and project type, estimated budget (optional) and the content of your message. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose & legal basis
This data is used solely to process your enquiry and arrange an initial orientation conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, then for a maximum of three years from our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Recipients & hosting
Your data is intended for DUstudiO Interiors only and is never sold or shared with third parties. The site is hosted by Netlify; data passes through its servers as part of the form's operation.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data.
