A Haussmann apartment between heritage and openness
The brief
Preserving the soul of the place, bringing it the light of today.
In the Iéna district, this Haussmann apartment brings together its heritage and a contemporary hand. The original mouldings and parquet converse with a kitchen drawn entirely to measure, where Scandinavian minimalism meets accomplished craft: full joinery, finely worked recessed handles. The renovation preserves the apartment's Haussmann soul while bringing it the clarity and light of an interior of today.
The studio's response

A single movement, from kitchen to living room
The kitchen and the living room now form a single movement. The original herringbone parquet guides the eye and the light flows freely, from the worktop to the bookshelves, without ever partitioning the volume.

The island, the room's point of balance
Facing the windows, the island becomes the point of balance of the room. The pale stone and the white lacquer catch the daylight, carrying the Haussmann clarity into a resolutely contemporary hand.
"Great professionalism and efficiency in the delivery. Olga framed my kitchen project with real talent and translated my wishes and constraints into her plans. Flawless."
